Strut your dog up the Avenue for a day of shopping, dining and exploring Hertel and North Buffalo brought to by Daisy's Doghouse, The Hertel Business Association and The Puppy Playpen. Well-behaved pets on a leash and their humans are welcome in shops and restaurant patios that display a poster and a red, specially-marked water bowl from Parkside to Delaware Avenue. Visit all the coolest places Hertel has to offer - grab a friend and the pups and be a part of something fun! Rescue groups will be along Hertel with adoptable dogs and to share their information. The City of Buffalo Animal Shelter will be located at Daisy’s with both dogs and cats for you to visit. We are working on a plan for a covid year Mutt Strut so stay tuned for more information.
